Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Holy Chic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Errors in product or pricing information

• Delivery area restrictions

• Suspected fraudulent transactions

• Force majeure events

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our accepted payment methods. We accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards

• Online Banking

• E-wallets (GCash, PayMaya)

• Bank Transfer

Delivery fees may apply depending on the delivery location and are calculated at checkout.

Product Information

We strive to display our flower arrangements as accurately as possible. However, please note that:

• Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and natural variations in flowers

• Flowers are natural products and each arrangement is unique

• We reserve the right to substitute flowers or materials of equal or greater value if certain items are unavailable

• Seasonal availability may affect product selection

Delivery Terms

We offer delivery services across Metro Manila and select areas. Delivery terms include:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before cutoff time

• Recipient must be available to accept delivery

• If recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to contact them or leave with a neighbor/building security

• Delivery confirmation will be provided via photo or signature

• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery

• Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed

• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days

• Refunds are provided for non-delivery, damaged products, or incorrect orders

• Photo evidence may be required for damage claims

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Care and Longevity

While we ensure all flowers are fresh at the time of delivery, we cannot guarantee their longevity as this depends on recipient care and environmental factors. We provide care instructions with each delivery and recommend following them for optimal flower life.

Limitation of Liability

Holy Chic shall not be liable for:

• Delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control

• Natural variations in flower appearance, size, or color

• Damage occurring after successful delivery

• Recipient's emotional response or satisfaction with the gift

• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the order in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and photographs, is the property of Holy Chic and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery information

• Ensure recipient availability or provide alternative instructions

• Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery

• Use our services lawfully and respectfully

• Not misuse or abuse our services or staff

Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, civil unrest, government restrictions, or supplier failures.

Modifications to Terms

Holy Chic reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
